Now booking free audits in Texas

Kept handles calls and patient follow-up when your team is busy or unavailable.

We set it up around your systems. You approve the wording. Your front desk keeps doing its job with better cover.

    Inspect

  2. Day 2

    Voice answer

  3. Day 3

    Enquiries

  4. Day 4

    Booking

  5. Day 5

  6. Day 6

    Win-back and reviews

  7. Day 7

    Test and launch

Day 1

Inspect

We secret-shop your practice: call, form, DM, after hours. We map your calendar, booking, and front-desk hours. You get a baseline: how many calls, how fast replies, how reviews stand.

Day 2

Voice answer

Voice picks up in one ring, books routine visits, and moves the rest to text. Anything it can't handle gets the 60-second text-back. After-hours replies queue where the law requires morning delivery. Your number stays yours. We log every test.

Day 3

Enquiries

Web forms, chat, and inbox land in one conversation. First reply goes out at once with a booking link. Your team sees clean handoffs, not scattered inboxes.

Day 4

Booking

We connect your calendar, shorten the path from interest to booked, and set the front-desk handoff: who confirms, who follows, what good looks like.

Day 5

No-shows and win-back

Reminders and one-tap reschedule go live. Eligible old lists are prepared for win-back, consent checked, opt out on every message.

Day 6

Reviews

Timed asks go out after visits. Unhappy patients reach you first, happy ones get the Google link. We count your reviews per month as the baseline.

Day 7

Test and launch

We run the full test matrix below, walk your front desk through it in 20 minutes, and switch reporting on. Then it runs.

Before launch

Testing

Missed call, daytimeText arrives inside 60 seconds with a booking path.
Missed call, 11pmAfter-hours reply arrives with morning booking options.

Go live

Launch

Everything switches on together. If anything misbehaves, it switches off in one place while we fix it. Your phones and calendars keep working throughout.

After launch

Reporting and tuning

One plain report, every month. No dashboards to learn.

  1. Calls

    Every ring, answered or missed.

  2. Missed calls

    What the old setup dropped.

  3. Recovered conversations

Missed calls that got a reply.

  4. Booked appointments

    Replies that became booked visits.

  5. No-shows

    Empty chairs, counted.

  6. Recovered appointments

Slots won back the same day.

  7. Review requests

    Asks sent after visits.

  8. Reviews gained

    Stars earned, tracked monthly.

Each month we tune wording, tighten slow steps, and run one win-back round for eligible patients. That is the ongoing tuning your retainer pays for.

Questions

Asked in every consult.

Will I need to replace my current software?

No, you keep everything. We sit around your calendar and booking system.

Does this replace my front desk?

No. Your team stays. It covers the gaps: missed calls, nights, busy hours, follow-up.

How quickly can this go live?

Target is 7 days. If we are late, billing starts on the day it actually goes live.

Do I need more patients first?

No, that's the point. This wins back the patients your ads already paid for.

What happens when someone calls after hours?

Voice answers, takes the booking, and moves to text. Nothing sits silent.

Can you work with my existing calendar?

Yes. We connect to what you use. Nothing gets replaced unless you ask.

What happens with past patients?

Eligible lists are welcomed back only with proper consent and opt out. Missing consent gets collected first through intake, site, and email, never assumed, never cold-texted.

Is this AI?

Voice and text replies are automated where your rules allow it: answering, wording, timing. Your team makes the judgment calls. Included where necessary, never sold separately.

How much does it cost?

$1,500 setup plus $497 per month, or $4,970 per year. Day one is $1,997 in total. One flat rate.

Is there an annual option?

Yes. $4,970 per year covers 12 months. Two months free. Detail in Terms.

What about extra locations?

First location full price. Each extra location is $350 per month. Setup is lighter because the first install builds the shared backbone: number, voice, wording, and integrations. Extra sites run on it.

Who is this for?

Owner-led practices with calls and enquiries coming in. If the phone already rings, more of those calls become booked visits.

When is the right time to start?

Once calls and enquiries are coming in. That is when Kept pays off fastest. Earlier than that, put budget into demand first, then come back when the phone rings.

What does the seven-day installation include?

Day 1 inspect. Days 2 to 5 set up voice, calls, enquiries, booking, callbacks, no-show follow-up, win-back, reviews. Day 6 test. Day 7 launch with reporting.

7 day install

Show us your missed calls.

We go through your missed calls and what they cost you. Then the 7 day install if you want it.
