| Scope | The nine items on the Offer page, installed around your existing systems. Anything outside that list is quoted separately before work starts. |

| Price | $1,500 setup, $497 per month or $4,970 per year, from launch day. Day one is $1,997 in total. Extra locations $350 per month each. Carrier and software fees bill at cost in your name. No percentages, no per-message billing. |
| Payment | Setup is earned on launch. Monthly billing runs from launch day. Annual is prepaid $4,970 from launch day. A failed payment pauses new work after 7 days written notice. Your history, wording, and exports stay yours throughout. |
| Timing | Seven day launch target from wording approval and access. Delays on our side move the billing start to the day it actually goes live. Delays waiting on access pause the count. |
| Your part | One contact for approvals, honest access to systems, lawful consent basis for any patient lists. Front desk joins one 20 minute walkthrough. |
| Conduct | No spam mechanics, no fake reviews, no deceptive gating, no medical advice. Either side can require a message stopped, and it stops. |
| Ownership | Wording, reports, and exports written for your practice are yours once paid in full. Our methods, templates, and tooling stay ours. |
| Promises | We promise the system live, tested, on time. We do not promise revenue, bookings, or ROI. This page is our plain-language summary; the signed order holds the detail. |
| Liability | Liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 3 months. No liability for carrier outages, platform changes, or staff actions outside the install. |
| Cancellation | Monthly, cancel anytime after the first 90 days with 30 days notice. Annual, same 90 day commit, then pro-rata refund for unused full months. Used months bill at $497 each, so early exit keeps the monthly rate and releases the annual discount. Setup is earned on launch in both cases. Your numbers and wording exports are yours. |
| Disputes | Talk first, in writing, with 30 days to resolve. Then the courts where Kept is registered, named in the signed order. |
| Changes | We can update these terms for future orders. Signed orders keep the version signed. |
